Mango Kulfi (Indian Mango Ice-cream)

- 1 liter Milk
- 2 Mango
- 100 Milk powder
- 1 cup Condensed Milk
- 10 Almond
- 10 Cashew Nut
- 10 Rasins
- 100 gram Sugar

Instructions
- At first make the mango shells, slice the top off thinly.
- Then using a thin, long and sharp knife put into the mango carefully, rotating the mango slowly till the seed is completely dislodged from the flesh. Uses a spoon carefully remove the seed.
- Scoop the flesh out of the mangoes and puree it. Keep the mango shell/skin.
- Combine milk powder and milk together and bring it to boil. Add the sugar and condensed milk and stir it.
- Add chopped almond and cashew nut and resins, mix it well
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and cool completely. Add the mango puree and mix well.
- Pour into 2 mango shells, cover with the sliced off top and freeze overnight till set. Use a tea cup as a stand to place the mango in freezer.
- Slice it and serve instantly.
