Fish Tikka with grilled vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 gram Bhetki you may use any cat fishes
- 2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 0.5 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Besan (Bengal gram flour) (optional)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 2 tsp Green chili paste
- 1 Carrot cut into long pieces
- 5 Cauliflower florets
- 5 Broccoli florets
- 1 Potato (cut into long pieces)
- 1 Onion (ring slice)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the fish pieces and vegetables with salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic and green chili paste. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Add all dry ingredients except chat masala in the curd. Also add the besan to this mixture. Coat all sides of the marinated fish pieces with the tandoori masala and curd mixture. Leave it for 1-2 hr.
- Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees and brush oil on the fish pieces and grill the fish and vegetables pieces for 15-20 min or until the fish and vegetables are properly cooked.
- Take them out of the oven and garnish with chaat masala.
Recipe Notes
Serve hot with onions rings and green chatni.
