Chicken Momo

Ingredients
- 500 grams White Flour
- 2 tbsp White oil
- 200 grams Chicken Minced
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage grated
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt

- 3 Tomato
- 6 Green chilies soaked in vinegar for 2 to 3 hours
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix the flour with 1 tsp salt, oil and water and knead a smooth dough. Make sure that the dough doesn’t stick to your hand.
- Mix the chicken with onions, garlic, cabbage, carrot and grated ginger. Add soya sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well and keep it for 30 min.
- Now take a small piece of dough and roll small round shape with a rolling Ensure that the edges are slightly thinner than the center.
- Put a tablespoon of chicken mix and fold the round shape into half and twist the edges to seal and make sure that there is no opening or bring all the edges together, to the center by making pleats. Pinch and twist the pleats to secure the stuffing
- Put a steamer to boil , grease the steaming tray with oil. Place the momo on the steamer and let it cook for 10-15 min.
- Serve hot with spicy sauce
Making of Sauce
- To prepare the sauce, grind all the ingredients together with vinegar in a mixer. Add salt to taste.
- In a pan hit 1 tsp oil and put the above sauce,let it cook for 2 to 3 min
- Remove from hit and keep it for cooling
