Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients
- 200 gram Chicken keema
- 1 Onion Midium size, finely chopped
- 2 cups Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Green chili paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Amchur powder (green mango powder)
- 1 tsp Garam masala Powder
- 300 gram Bread crumb
- 400 mililiter Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the chicken well in water, squeeze out the whole water and paste it in a grinder.
- Mix all the ingredients except egg and adjust the consistency of mixture with the bread crumb.
- Add 1 tbsp. oil in the mixture and mix well.
- Make 6-8 balls out of it. Give the shape of cutlet with hand.(according to your choice)
- Make all the desired shape from all the mixture and refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
- Dip the cutlets it in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on medium flame till it is golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with salad and tomato ketchup.
