Bhapa Illish (Hilsa fish steamed and cooked with authentic mustard paste)

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Hilsa Fish
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 small Tomato finely chopped (optional )
- 1 tbsp Curd hung
- 2 tbsp Musterd
- 1 tbsp Poppy seed
- 4 piece Green chilies
- 4 tbsp Mustard oil
- Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Marinate the fish pieces with salt and ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
- Soak mustard seed and poppy seed in water. Make a paste with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and a green chili.
- Add curd, above paste, red chili powder, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil to the fish pieces and mix it well.
- Cut the green chili vertically and add to the fish mix well
- Place entire mix in a microwave proof bowl. Then place the bowl in microwave and allow cooking for 5 minutes in high power.
- Take out the bowl from oven. Flip over the fish pieces. Put the bowl again in microwave for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
