Instructions
  1. Marinate the fish pieces with salt and ½ tbsp turmeric powder.
  2. Soak mustard seed and poppy seed in water. Make a paste with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and a green chili.
  3. Add curd, above paste, red chili powder, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil to the fish pieces and mix it well.
  4. Cut the green chili vertically and add to the fish mix well
  5. Place entire mix in a microwave proof bowl. Then place the bowl in microwave and allow cooking for 5 minutes in high power.
  6. Take out the bowl from oven. Flip over the fish pieces. Put the bowl again in microwave for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
