If you are in Kolkata and specially in north side of the city and looking for South Indian food then your destination must be more than 30 years old South Indian Best Food counter at Ultadanga. It's located between the ICICI bank ATM and Sony World and address is 164/1, Scheme VII M, VIP Road, Ultadanga, Kolkata.
It’s actually a take away counter but you can eat there too. You might be disappointed due to the space and the size of the entrance, if you are visiting first time. I think length is not more than 2 feet and only 3-4 people can stand there . But I am sure that you would overlook space and size after trying it's food.
