Ingredients
- 500 Gram Mutton Minced
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onions Chopped
- 2 Green chilies Chopped
- 100 Gram Bengal Gram (Chana dal) soaked overnight
- 8 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 Red Chili Dry
- 4 Cardamoms
- 1 Cinnamon 0.5 inch size
- 1 Ginger 1 inch qube
- 5 Pepper corns
- 5 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee) you may use white oil
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Boil minced meat in 3 cups of water with whole garam masala (Cardamoms, Cinnamon , Pepper corns) and salt, till water is absorbed and meat is tender.
- Grind meat into a fine paste.
- Take onion, garlic, cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, red chilies and soaked gram dal and grind into a fine paste.
- Mix both the pastes well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Now mix the well beaten eggs with the above paste and prepare a dough
- Add finely chopped green chilies and onion to dough and mix well.
- Shape the dough into small round flattened balls or kababs
- Heat ghee or oil in a fry pan and shallow fry kababs till golden brown.
