Prawn tempura is crispy and tasty snack. It can be serve as appetizer of meal or as snack also. Always use fresh prawns instead of frozen to get a real taste.

Prawn Tempura
Instructions
  1. Clean the prawn and marinate prawns with ginger, garlic paste and salt to taste. Leave it for 15 minute or you may also put it in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, corn flour, eggs, green chilies, black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
  3. Whisk it slowly till it becomes a liquid batter.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a pan/kadai on high heat.
  5. Coat the prawns first in the dry flour then in the batter and fry them till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any type of sause(as your choice)
