Instructions
  1. Wash mutton keema and strain out the excess water from the keema with a strainer.
  2. Marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste for 10 min
  3. Take a pressure cooker or a cooking vessel, add oil and heat it.
  4. Add sliced onions, green chilies and saute until the onions turn very slight brown color.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute to get rid of raw smell.
  6. Add mutton keema into it and roast well.
  7. Roast it until the keema changes its color and there is no water remaining.
  8. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix it and roast it for few minutes and cook until oil appears at the end.
  9. Add chopped tomatoes, mix them well and cook for two minutes on low flame.
  10. Add garam masala powder, mix and cook for a minute.
  11. Add coriander leaves and mix.
  12. Add about 2 cups of water, mix it well.
  13. Pressure cook the keema for 3 whistles on sim flame or cook them until it gets tender. Reduce the steam.
  14. Cook for few minutes keeping the lid uncovered if there is any water remaining.
  15. Serve it with roti or rice or paratha!!!
