Instructions
  1. Marinate the Fish Fillets with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and green chili paste. Leave it for 3-4hour or overnight in fridge.
  2. Make a thick batter with egg, corn flour and little bit water.
  3. In another plate put the bread crumb. Mix the bread crumb with ½ tsp salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and 1 pinch of soda bi carb.
  4. Take each fillet and dip into the egg & corn flour batter and then place in the bread crumb and coat the fillet all over with the bread crumb.
  5. Coat rest of the fillets and keep refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and deep fry the fillet till golden brown. Drain the excess oil with the help of tissue paper.
  8. Sprinkled chat masala over the fries and serve hot with mustard sauce and salad
