Ingredients
Marination
- 4 Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Onion paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Green chili paste
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- Salt to taste
For Batter
- 350 Mililiter Oil
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp White Flour
- 1 Egg white (one egg)
- 1 pinch Soda bi carbonate
- Kashmiri red chili powder (you can use red food color)
- Salt to taste

Marination
- Break each chicken wing into two parts at the joint.
- Take each part and squeeze the meat to downwards and turn it upside down from one end of the bone to the other side carefully, making sure do not pull the meat completely out.
- From of one chicken wing, we would get two chicken lollipops. Repeat the same for all chicken wings & keep ready.
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Keep it for 30 min.
Cooking
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion paste and red chili powder and apply to chicken.
- Take a mixing bowl and mix white flour, corn flour, Soda bi carbonate, Kashmiri red chili powder and salt.
- Add the eggs and 1 tbsp. oil in above mixture and prepare a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a kadai/fry pan and deep the lollipop into the batter and fry the lollipops on medium flame to a golden brown color.
- Drain the excess oil and sprinkle cat masala, serve with salad and sauce of your choice.
