Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken well in water, squeeze out the whole water and paste it in a grinder.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except egg and adjust the consistency of mixture with the bread crumb.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. oil in the mixture and mix well.
  4. Make 6-8 balls out of it. Give the shape of cutlet with hand.(according to your choice)
  5. Make all the desired shape from all the mixture and refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
  6. Dip the cutlets it in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on medium flame till it is golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with salad and tomato ketchup.
