Instructions
  1. Remove the filament of flower and wash thoroughly. The blossoms are very delicate so do handle with care.
  2. In a bowl mix Rice flour, gram flour, soda, turmeric and salt. Add required water and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip blossoms in batter and deep fry for couple of minutes on low flame until golden.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and place the fried blossoms on tissue paper to soak extra oil.

Serve immediately as starter or snacks.
